About the "L' Extreme" Rouge:
The name says it all with L' Extreme. Already the grape variety Pelut shows this. A very powerful and at the same time elegant grape variety. Refined with a little Syrah, it produces a wonderfully fruity bouquet: cherries and plums, fresh garden herbs and a fine saltiness, with the light fresh pepper of Syrah. In the mouth it is very restrained. Fine but very powerful tannins carry the extreme to the palate, where it exerts a creeping and elegant pressure with its wonderfully refreshing acidity.
