Franziska Schömig
Franziska Schömig
With just 3 hectares of vineyards, the young Franziska Schömig is one of the so-called garagists of the Franconian winegrowing scene. Her father, from whom she took over responsibility four years ago, was already committed to organic viticulture. Franziska presses wines with a very unique personality, even the often ridiculed Müller-Thurgau is a multi-layered surprise here. Her patience and attentiveness produce fascinating wines shaped by the shell limestone soil.
